Ingredients

 250 g All-purpose flour
 250 g Sugar
 250 g Butter
 4 qts Eggs
 150 ml Milk
 1 ½ tsp Baking powder
 ½ qt Lime
 1 ½ tsp Vanilla

Directions

Add all-purpose flour and baking powder to a strainer and strain it 3 times.

Add butter and sugar into a large bowl and beat it well.

Add one egg and beat it again for around 2 minutes then add another.

Continue on until you beat all the four eggs.

Hand mix the batter now gradually adding milk and baking powder mixed all-purpose flour.

Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Now squeeze the half of the lemon and mix well.

Take a buttered baking tray and pour the batter.

Tap the tray on a working top few times.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200c'.

Bake the cake in the preheated oven for around 40 minutes.

Now upside down the cake on a plate.
