Pasta is a well known Italian dish. Especially children like to eat pasta. For dinner, you can quickly make a pasta dish and serve it to your family. They will eat it happily. For a difference try this recipe of cheese pasta with white sauce. If you have kids at home you can add this dish to their menu.

Ingredients

 400 g Pasta
 4 cups Milk (Powdered milk or Fresh milk)
 8 tbsp Butter
 4 qts Cheddar Cheese
 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
 4 tbsp All-purpose flour
 Coconut oil
 Pepper powder
 Salt
 Garlic (Chopped)
 Ginger (Chopped)
 Onion (Chopped)
 Carrot (Chopped as even squares)
 Capsicum (Chopped as even squares)

Directions

Boil some lightly salted water

While the water boils,

Put some coconut oil to a frying pan

When it heats, add chopped garlic and ginger and stir it until it fries.

Then add onions to the pan.

Now add carrots and capsicum to the pan.

And add some salt and pepper to it.

Leave it for 1 or 2 minutes to fry.

Now you can take it out from the cooker and leave it aside.

When water boils,

Add the pasta to the cooking pot.

And then add 5 tbsp of coconut oil to the water.

Stir it to prevent sticking.

When pasta is half cooked take it out from the cooker, simmer until pasta is almost cooked.

Then drain the water.

To make white sauce.

Take another saucepan, when it heats add 4 tbsp of butter to it.

Leave it until the butter melts.

Now add 4 tbsp of all-purpose flour to it and stir well.

Then add 4 cups of while stirring.

Add some salt and pepper and cheese.

Stir it until it becomes a thick batter.

Now the white sauce is done.

To make the final dish,

After it became to a thick batter add fried vegetables to the white sauce

Stir it well and now you can add the cooked pasta to it.
