Paratha is a well known Indian dish. There are lots of types of paratha. Aloo paratha, Lachcha paratha, Gobhi paratha, etc... Among those kinds here we present a new type of paratha. A chicken paratha. This chicken paratha dish is very delicious, yet very easy to make. Make these delicious chicken paratha at your home for dinner time, serve it with some gravy. Ingredients

To make the paratha dough,
 400 g Atta flour
 300 ml Water
 Coconut oil
 Salt
To make the filling,
 150 g Chicken (Boiled and crumbled)
 250 g Potato (Boiled and mashed)
 1 Onion (Minced
 Coconut oil
 Pepper powder
 Salt
 Curry powder
 ½ tsp Chili powder
 Chili flakes
 ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
 2 tsp Tomato sauce
 Garlic (Minced)
 Ginger (Minced)
 Lemongrass
 Curry leaves

Directions

To make the paratha dough,
1

Add 1tsp of salt, 3tsp of coconut oil into the atta flour.

Knead the dough gradually adding water until it becomes a soft dough ball.

Spread some coconut oil on the top of the dough ball and knead again.

Cover the dough bowl and leave it for around 20 minutes.

Heat some coconut oil in a pan, add minced garlic and ginger.

When garlic almost fried add curry leaves and lemongrass.

Now add turmeric powder and chili powder. mix well.

Now add the crumbled chicken, tomato sauce, and mix well.

When chicken fries add onion and potato, mix well.

Add chili flakes and salt to suit your taste.

Turn off the cooker.

To make the final dish,

Take the dough to a working top and spread some oil and knead again.

Tear the dough into small balls that weigh around 100g.

Take one ball, thin it a little by your hands and dredge it with atta flour.

Meanwhile, put the other dough balls into a bowl and close using a lid.

Using a rolling pin, roll the dough ball into a circle.

Put some filling into the top of the rolled dough, gather the edges to the top and seal the paratha.

Again roll the paratha using a rolling pin to a circle.

Heat an oiled pan and put the paratha on it.

Cook the paratha on very low heat, turning sides it until it has brown marks on both sides.

Continue on.

Serve it warm.
