Ingredients

 250 g Chicken (Cut into small pieces)
 2 qts Onion (Chopped)
 3 qts Garlic (Chopped)
 Ginger (Chopped)
 3 qts Green chili (Sliced)
 Cinnamon
 Curry leaves
 Lemon grass
 Chili flakes
 Turmeric powder
 Curry powder
 Pepper powder
 Salt
 Mustard seeds
 Coconut oil
 Lime extract

Directions

Put the chicken into a bowl, add some turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt, lime extract and mix well.

Heat some coconut oil in a saucepan and then add some mustard seeds.

Then add ginger, garlic, lemongrass, curry leaves, and cinnamon into the oil and mix well.

When garlic turns into a golden brown color, add chicken and mix well.

Close the lid and leave it to cook on low heat.

After around 5 minutes open the lid and turn up the heat.

Now cook the chicken until the water reduces.

Add onion and green chili, mix well.

Now add a pinch of curry powder and some pepper powder again if you like.

Add some chili flakes and then leave it until the onions are cooked.

Turn off the cooker.

Serve it warm.
