Ingredients

 2 tbsp Custard powder
 1 tsp Butter
 3 tbsp Sugar
 300 ml Fresh milk

Directions

Pour 1/3 from 300ml of lukewarm milk to the 2Tbsp of custard powder until there are no chunks left.

Now to a saucepan add remaining milk and 3Tbsp of sugar, stir until sugar melts,

Pour the milk and custard powder mix to the saucepan and continually stir until it boils.

Add 1Tsp of butter and continually stir until the custard is almost set in low heat.

Pour the custard to a container and leave it until it cools well.

Upside down the pudding,
