Everyone loves to eat cuttlefish... Yeah, it's very tasty. We can cook cuttlefish in a lot of variety of ways. This recipe is for a very delicious cuttlefish curry, It is very easy. You can try this cuttlefish curry dish at your home and serve to your family for lunch and dinner, Be sure to make some extra. I guarantee you they will ask for more.

Special notes
•Soya sauce is not necessary for the cuttlefish curry, but it will help to gain the taste.
•You can add some lime extract after turning off the cooker.
•If you want you can add some coconut milk to add some gravy.

Ingredients

 500 g Cuttlefish (Sliced)
 2 qts Onion (Chopped)
 4 qts Garlic (Minced)
 Ginger (Minced)
 1 qt Tomato (Chopped)
 4 qts Green chili (Sliced)
 1 qt Capsicum (Sliced)
 Curry leaves
 1 qt Cinnamon
 Chili powder
 Turmeric powder
 Roasted curry powder
 Pepper powder
 Soya sauce
 Salt
 Coconut oil

Directions

To Marinate Cuttlefish

Add some red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt, and roasted curry powder to the cuttlefish and mix well.

Now add some soya sauce, mix well.

Leave the cuttlefish to marinate for around 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, put a clay pot on the cooker and turn on the cooker.

Add some coconut oil, when it heats add chopped garlic and ginger to the oil.

When it almost fried, add curry leaves, cinnamon, green chili and mix well.

Now add well-seasoned cuttlefish to the clay pot.

Add some chili powder, roasted curry powder, and pepper powder as per your taste.

Mix it well and add tomato.

Turn the heat to low, close the pot from a lid and leave it to be cooked.

After five minutes add chopped onion and capsicum, mix well.

Close the lid again and leave for around 5 minutes.

Now turn off the cooker.
