Egg fried rice, the most famous yet the simplest rice dish you can find for dinner. We eat egg fried rice by itself or with an accompaniment dish. • If you have a wok at your home uses it instead of the pan.
• You can use leeks as scallion.
• One day old cooked rice is very suitable to make this delicious homemade egg fried rice tastier.

Heat some oil in a pan.
When oil almost heats, add egg, salt, and pepper powder.
Now scramble the egg in very low heat until the egg is almost cooked.
Now put the almost cooked egg into a small bowl and leave it aside.
Put the pan again in the cooker.
Add two Tbsp of margarine to the heated pan.
When margarine melted, add chopped onion and garlic to the pan.
When garlic and onion almost fried add 1 cup of cooked rice, stir it well.
Add the remaining cooked rice, stir it and leave it in a middle heat until the rice fries a little.
Now add salt, pepper powder (if you like) and seasoning cube to the rice.
Then add 1Tsp of soya sauce and mix well.
Now turn heat to low and add chopped carrots and mix well.
Then add cooked egg, stir it until the egg is separated into small pieces.
Now add chopped scallion and mix well.
Turn off the cooker.
Serve it warm.
