French fries are evenly striped, deep-fried potatoes. It is the most famous food in french cuisine. French cries are usually served hot with some sauce like tomato, mayonnaise or BBQ or in some countries with vinegar. Nowadays we have instant french fries packets to buy in supermarkets. But those frozen french fries packets can't make the taste of freshly made french fries. So here is an easy recipe to make some french fries at your home, especially for french fries lovers.

Ingredients

Peel the potatoes and cut into stripes.
Soak the potatoes in cold water for around 5 minutes.
Drain the water.
Now add some water n boiling temperature into a bowl, add sugar and 1/2Tsp of salt, mix well until sugar and salt melts.
Add the striped potatoes into the hot water, close the bowl, and let it soaked for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, spread the striped potatoes on a paper serviette to drain the remaining wetness.
Freeze the dried stripped potatoes for like 20 minutes in a refrigerator freezer.
Heat some oil in a deep pan and fry the potatoes for around 1 minute.
Leave the half fried potatoes until it gets cold.
Now heat the oil again and fry the potatoes again for around 5 minutes until the potatoes turn into golden brown color.
Take the fries out from the oil draining the extra oil, and quickly sprinkle some salt.
Serve it warm with some ketchup...
