Garlic murukku is a crispy savory snack that is shaped like a ring. These murukku are famous than other grams because of its unique garlic flavor. But when making murukku some makers fry them in days old oil and some add ingredients to last the crispiness, which are very bad for health. So the best thing is to make our own foods as much as we can. Ingredients

 1 cup Rice flour
 ½ cup Chickpeas flour
 ¼ cup Butter
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 ½ Salt
 Water

Directions

Add rice flour and chickpea flour to a strainer.

Strain the flour well.

Add salt, garlic powder, and butter then scramble the mixture.

Adding water little by little, mix the dough.

Heat some oil in a deep pan.

Now using a string hopper press maker, pour the dough into the heated oil.

Take it out immediately when you can see no more bubbles.

Make a mixture, mixing chili powder and salt together and spread some on fried garlic murukku.

It is ready to serve.
