In addition to rice, we mostly eat bread. But sometimes when we buy bread we get old bread. So why we don't make bread at home.
Special notes
•An egg is not necessary.
•You can add lightly warm water in addition to the milk.
•If you are using an egg be sure it is in room temperature.
•In addition to olive oil, you can use coconut oil.
•You can use a bread dough maker machine or use your hands as the beater.
•If you are not using a non-stick baking tray, spread some butter on the surface of the tray before putting the bread dough.

Add salt, yeast, and sugar to the flour, mix well.
Now add the egg and olive oil.
Using a beater mix the dough well, adding milk little by little.
Now spread some flour on the working top and knead the dough to take the shape of bread.
Then put the dough in the baking tray.
Cover the tray using a kitchen towel for around 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190c' heat for 5 minutes.
Put a silver foil under the baking tray.
Add the dough into the preheated oven.
After 15 minutes cover the top of the dough using a silver foil.
Bake the bread for another 15 minutes.
Yay... you made it.
