Jack fruit is very nutritious fruit and in nowadays scientist found that jack fruit can kill cancer cells. So here we present you a simple yet delicious recipe to make some jackfruit mousse in your own home.

- The color of the mousse will depend on the color of the jack fruit you use. If you use a light yellow color jack fruit, the mousse will be light in color. You can use yellow color food coloring to change the color of your mousse.

Heat a flat pan and add water, sugar, and jack fruit pieces.
Leave it around 15 minutes until jack fruit pieces are well boiled.
Turn off the cooker and add gelatin to and mix well until there are no lumps.
Blend the jackfruit and gelatin mixture.
Leave it aside and beat the well cooled whipping cream using the blender.
Mix the whipping cream and blended jackfruit together.
Add some yellow coloring if your mousse has a light yellow color.
Refrigerate the jack fruit mousse for around 2 hours.
