Jello pinwheels, a dessert made with the combination of two sweet things, jelly and marshmallow. It is colorful, delicious and very sweet. These jello pinwheels will be a great treat to a kids' party or even for a house party because it is really eye-catching. Unlike its appearance jello pinwheels are very easy to make. Try this simple recipe at home. And you will say, "OMG! it's easy as a pie..."

Ingredients

 100 g Jelly
 1 ½ cups Marshmallow (Cut into small pieces)
 150 ml Water

Directions

Now add jelly and the water to a microwaveable bowl.

Mix it well until jelly is dissolved in water.

Put the bowl into a microwave and heat for 1 minute and 20 seconds at power level 100.

Then mix the jell well again.

Now add the small pieces of marshmallow to the jelly mixture and mix it.

Now microwave the jelly marshmallow mixture again for 40 seconds at power level 100.

Now whisk the mixture for around 2 minutes.

Take a tray and spread some butter in it well to prevent the marshmallow from sticking.

Pour the jelly marshmallow mixture to the tray for around 1 1/2cm height

Refrigerate it overnight.

Now cut the edges using a knife.

Then roll it from one edge like a swiss roll.

Take a thread, wrap it around the rolled jelly and pull it to sides until the piece is separated.
