Put 15g of gelatin to a small bowl and add 1/4 cup of cool water.
Leave it for about fifteen minutes until gelatin is well soaked from the cool water.
Add 1/3 cup of water to a saucepan and heat it.
When it lightly heat, add one cup of sugar.

When it boils, turn down the heat and leave it for five minutes in low heat.

As per the number of food coloring you use, separate it into small containers.
