Curry leaves sambol(Karapincha sambol) is a very nutritious and delicious dish made with curry leaves and especially it is very suitable to you if you are cholesterol or a diabetic patient. Curry leaves are a necessary thing in your kitchen in Asian culinary. We add curry leaves to almost everything we cook. But we can't take the whole nutrition of curry leaves by adding it to the dishes we made. The best way is Curry leaves sambol (Karapincha sambol). This recipe is to make a delicious nutritious curr leaves sambol (Karapincha sambol) quickly at our own kitchen.

Ingredients

 25 g Curry leaves
  cup Scraped coconut
 5 qts Green chili (Chopped)
 1 qt Onion (Sliced)
 1 qt Garlic
 Salt
 Pepper powder
 Lime extract

Directions

Add curry leaves, green chili, onion, garlic, some salt, and pepper powder into a blender and blend until all the ingredients are well combined.

Now add coconut and blend again.

When the added coconut is well combined with other ingredients transfer the curr leaves sambol into a bowl.

Squeeze some lime extract to suit your taste and mix well.

Hmmm... It smells so good.
