Take a baking tray and lay an oil-paper into the bottom of the tray.
Spread some melted butter in the tray and top of the oil-paper well using a brush.
Crush the biscuits into little pieces and put into a grinder.
Grind it until it becomes a powder.
Put the powdered biscuits to a large ball.
Now add 1 cup of icing sugar, 1/2 cup of milk powder and 1Tbsp of cocoa powder, mix well.
Mix it adding 2 cups of milk little by little until it becomes a smooth batter. If your batter is not smooth after adding whole 2 cups of milk, add some water to the batter until it smoothes.
Now add the remaining melted butter and mix well.
After that add 1Tsp of vanilla extract to the well-mixed batter.
Mix it and add 1/2Tsp of baking soda and 1/2Tsp of baking powder, mix well.
Take a saucepan and put a pan stand inside the saucepan.
Now take a saucepan lid that has small steam holes and close the saucepan.
Put it on the cooker and preheat for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, put the batter into the baking tray.
Now pat the baking tray on the working top until the batter layer becomes even.
Now put the tray on the stand inside the preheated saucepan and cook it for around 8 minutes on medium heat.
After the first 8 minutes cook the cake again for around 40 minutes on very low heat.
Leave it until it cools.
Then upside down the cake.
