Marie biscuit pudding aka chocolate biscuit pudding is the heart of the pudding world if you are a chocolate lover. It is the easiest pudding you can ever make. Here is the recipe to make a delicious Marie biscuit pudding in your own kitchen. Using this recipe even a kid can make a Marie biscuit pudding. You can serve a chocolate Marie biscuit pudding at any occasion. Let's try it out...

Special notes.
• When beating the butter make sure it is the room temperature.
• If you use fresh milk boil it before use.
• You can use a whisk instead of a beater to make the icing.
• You can add 1Tsp of instant coffee to milk that used to soak biscuit if you like a little coffee flavor on your Marie biscuit pudding.
• Do not put it in the deep freezer when refrigerating.
• You can add sprinkles, cherries, nuts, etc as garnishing before refrigerating the Marie biscuit pudding.

Ingredients

To make icing
 150 g Butter
 2 cups Icing sugar
 2 cups Chocolate powder
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 2 tbsp Milk
Pudding
 300 g Marie Biscuit
 Milk

Directions

To make icing

Add 150g of icing to a deep wide bowl beat it well.

Add 2 cups of icing sugar little by little and beat it well.

Now add 1Tsp of vanilla extract and 2Tbsp of chocolate powder and beat it to mix well.

Add 2Tbsp of milk and beat it until it becomes a soft cream.

Now your icing is ready.

Put milk into a wide bowl.

Now soak Marie biscuit in the milk.

Add a layer of milk-soaked biscuit to a wide container.

Now add a thin layer of icing on the biscuit layer.

Put the final icing layer on to the top of the pudding and oread it evenly,

Refrigerate the pudding for like three or four hours, until the pudding sets.
