Marshmallow is a very popular sugary confectionery. But a lot of us think the process of making marshmallow is a bit complicated... No... With the right marshmallow recipe, you will say it is easy as a pie.
So here is the simplest marshmallow recipe you can find from anywhere. Try this easy homemade marshmallow recipe, make some marshmallows, serve it to your family. You can even make these marvelous marshmallows for a home party.

Special notes.
• Coat knife with cornflour when cut marshmallow into pieces to avoid marshmallow stick with the knife.
• You can also use a plastic container as the marshmallow tray.

Ingredients

 250 g Sugar
 15 g Gelatin
 ½ cup Water
 ½ cup Hot Water
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 Food coloring
 Corn flour

Directions

Put a deep saucepan on the cooker and add the ½ cup of water and 250g of sugar into the saucepan.

Turn on the cooker and stir it until sugar melts.

Until sugar melts, add the ½ cup of hot water to gelatin stir well.

When sugar syrup boils, add dissolved gelatin to the pan and stir it well.

When it boils for the first time stir it again.

Then when it boils in the second time turn off the cooker.

Quickly take it out from the cooker add start to beat it using a beater immediately.

Add 1Tsp of vanilla extract add beat until you feel difficult to move the beater in the mixture.

Spread some butter in a marshmallow tray and spread some corn flour on top of the butter layer.

Add half of the batter to the marshmallow and tap it on a counter to make the layer spread even.

Now to the other half add two or three drops of food coloring and mix well.

Now add it on top of the marshmallow layer in the marshmallow tray.

Using a spoon spread the layer evenly.

Put it in the refrigerator and leave it for like three or four hours.

After four hours,

Spread some corn flour on top of the marshmallow and a top of a table top.

Take now set marshmallow out from the marshmallow tray and put it on the corn flour spread table top.

Cut it into pieces using a knife.
