Caramel pudding... Yummyyyy, it has a divine taste... But we think it is very difficult to make and need a lot of ingredients to make... No, it's very easy and here is the recipe. We are doing it a little different today. We are going to make a caramel pudding using milk powder. Let's make it work.
Ingredients
Directions
Put a saucepan on the cooker and add 3Tbsp of sugar.
Add a little bit of water to sugar to heat.
Stir it until sugar melts.
Leave the melted sugar until it is caramelized, stirring.
When sugar is caramelized well, put the remaining water and stir well.
Turn off the cooker and leave the caramelized sugar aside.
Take a buttered bowl and pour the caramel.
Now take 8Tbsp of milk powder, 5Tbsp of sugar, 1 cup of water, put it into another bowl and mix well until the milk powder and sugar dissolved,
Put 4 eggs in another bowl and beat the eggs well.
Now using a strainer, strain the dissolved milk powder and sugar mix into the egg bowl.
Pour the pudding mix into the caramel.
Cover the bowl using a foil paper.
Now steam the pudding for around 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, take it out from the steamer.
Take a knife around the pudding wall to separate it from the bowl.
Leave it until it cools well.
When it cools, take a plate and put it on top of the bowl.
Now upside down the pudding.
Wooow it has a really great smell.....
