Mixed chop suey rice is a colorful, delicious and very healthy dish because it has a lot of variety of healthy ingredients added. Unlike its appearance, it is very easy to make a mixed chop suey rice at home. If you have leftover vegetables and meat, it is best to make a mixed chop suey rice dish. And if you have to make dinner or lunch quickly make some from this one-meal dish, mixed chop suey rice. Give this mixed chopsuey rice recipe a go. Serve it to your family members. Special notes
- Before deep frying the small chicken pieces add some salt and pepper powder to the chicken.
- When cooking rice add a pandon leave, pepper, some curry leaves and some oil in to the rice.
- You can use any meat you like and fish to prepare this mixed chop suey rice.
- Seasoning powder is not necessary.

Heat some oil in a deep pan and add chopped ginger and garlic.
When garlic turns into a golden brown color add sliced baby corn and button mushroom.
Now add soya sauce and mix well.
Then add carrot and green beans and mix well.
When carrots cooked lightly add cabbage and mix well.
Add some salt and pepper powder and mix well.
Close the lid and leave it for around 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, dissolve the cornflour using water.
After three minutes add sliced bell pepper and mix.
After around another 3 minutes add some seasoning powder.
Now add some water to the cooking vegetables.
When the added water boiles lightly add fried chicken pieces, sausages, and prawns and mix well.
When vegetables are almost cooed add dissolved cornflour and mix well.
Turn off the cooker.
Now put the cooked rice into a serving plate and add the mixed chop suey on top of the rice layer.
Cut the egg into two pieces and place on top of the chop suey layer.
