Oats is a very nutritious food. We mostly cook oats with milk. But you can cook oats for a lot of different ways. For breakfast, if you are making roti, you can do a little difference to the traditional roti and make some oats roti. It is very nutritious than traditional roti. Ingredients

 ½ cup Oats
 ½ qt Onion (Minced)
 4 qts Green chili (Minced)
 Curry leaves (Minced)
 1 cup All-purpose flour
  cup Coconut (Scrapped)
 Salt
 Coconut oil

Directions

1

Dry grind the oats until it becomes a powder.

To a large bowl add powdered oats, all-purpose flour, green chili, onion, curry leaves.

Add some salt to scrapped coconut and mix well.

Put the salted coconut and oats mixture together and mix well.

Add some lukewarm water gradually and knead it until it becomes a soft dough ball.

Take some coconut oil into your palm and knead the dough again to mix coconut oil with it.

Tear the dough into small balls.

Take an oiled plate and rolled the dough balls into small circles.

Heat an oiled pan and put one roti dough on it to cook.

Cook the roti on very low heat, turning sides until it has brown marks on both sides.

Continue on.

Serve it with some lunumiris.
