A sandwich is typically a portion of bread that contains vegetables, meat, eggs, dairy items, etc... When we are traveling, if we are taking food with us we simply make sandwiches. It is an unwritten tradition. Here we present a different type of sandwich. it is an omelet sandwich. You can make this omelet sandwich when you are traveling or even for your breakfast, It is delicious, colorful and even healthy. Make it at home and feel the divine taste.
Special notes
•For milk dissolve 1/2Tsp of milk powder with around 2Tbsp of water.

Put the egg int a wide bowl.
Add green chili, onion, parsley, tomato, salt and pepper powder to the bowl, then mix well.
Now add the dissolved milk to the egg mixture, mix it.
Now add the slice of bread to the mixture and soak both sides well.
Heat a frying pan and, add some butter to the pan.
When butter melts. put the soaked bread slice into the frying pan.
Now add the remaining mixture i=onto the top of the bread slice.
Close the lid.
When one side fries turn the sandwich to the other side.
Close the lid again and leave the sandwich to fry.
Turn the cooker off.
Your omelet sandwich is ready to be tasted... Yummy... It tastes good.
