Unduwal is one of the most sugary sweet we made in the new year season. Everyone loves unduwal because of its sugary and crispy combination. But a lot of us think that it is very difficult to make unduwal at home. So here we present a very easy way to make unduwal.

Put the urad seeds into a blender and pour coconut milk enough to cover the urad seeds.
Blend it until it becomes a smooth paste.
Pour the blended urad paste into a large bowl.
Add some rice flour and plain flour to a strainer and strain it into the urad paste and add some salt.
Mix it well it adding some coconut milk.
Add rice flour, plain flour, and coconut milk little by little and mix well until it becomes a thick paste.
Now pour the 1 cup of kithul syrup, some water from the 1/4 cup of water, and some vanilla extract and turn on the cooker.
Stir it and leave it until it boiles for the first time.
Stir the syrup well and turn off the cooker.
Take a piping bag and put some urad mix into the piping bag.
Cut a little hole at the tip of the piping bag.
Now add some coconut oil into a frying pan.
When coconut oil heats pour some urad mix into the oil.
Fry unduwal until it turns to a golden brown color turning sides.
Dip the fried unduwal after draining oil in the kithul treacle for few minutes until it absorbs the syrup.
Now your homemade sugary unduwal is ready to serve.
