Potato puri or aloo puri is a well known Indian food which used to eat at breakfast or as a snack or a light dish. We almost always serve potato puri with a curry. Take a deep bowl, add wheat flour, turmeric powder, salt, and chili powder.
Then add coriander leaves, potato, and powdered coriander seeds to the bowl.
Mix it well.
Add 2Tbsp of coconut oil to the dough.
Now mix the dough adding water little by little becomes a ball.
Close the bowl and leave it around 20 minutes.
Now tear the dough into small pieces.
Take one dough ball to the working top and thin it using a roller.
While rolling the dough ball close the bowl that contains other dough balls to prevent the dough balls from drying.
Heat some coconut oil in a pan and add the thinned puri dough to the oil.
Deep fry the puri until it turns to a golden brown color.
