This recipe is for a quick and easy yet delicious tea-time snack. You will need only some basic ingredients to make your teatime special. You don't need super sharp culinary skills to make this delicious tea-time snack —anyone can do it! Once you've tasted these irresistibly plump and sugary treats, there'll be no going back!

 150 g Flour
 2 tbsp Sugar
 125 ml Lukewarm milk
  tsp Salt
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 ½ tsp Yeast
 1 qt Egg yolk
 125 ml Water

Add Yeast and 2 teaspoons of sugar to the lukewarm milk and mix well and leave it aside for 5 minutes

Then add salt sugar and the milk/yeast mix, vanilla extract, and egg yolk to the flour and mix well gradually adding water.

Leave the mixture aside for around 15 minutes.

Heat oil on a deep frying pot.

Pour some batter into a tablespoon and hold it in the oil until the edges of the batter turn light brown.

Then put the batter into the oil from the spoon slowly.

Pour oil onto the snack until it turns golden brown

Melt some chocolate and dip one side of our snack in chocolate.

Place the chocolate-dipped snacks on foil paper or oil paper.

Before the dipped chocolate side dries, add some sprinkles, nuts, or grated chocolate.
