Canned fish curry also-known-as salmon curry is very famous among us. We cook salmon curry a lot. It suits best for a busy weekday night or overslept morning. Making a salmon curry is easy as a pie. Salmon curry is really delicious if we make it using the right ingredients. So here is the recipe to make a savory salmon curry.

Ingredients

 Salmon
 1 qt Onion (Chopped)
 3 qts Garlic (Chopped)
 4 qts Green chili (Chopped)
 1 ½ qts Tomato (Sliced)
 Curry leaves
 ½ qt Lime
 2 tsp Chili powder
 ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
 1 ½ tsp Curry powder
 Salt
 Pepper powder
 Coconut oil

Directions

Heat some coconut oil in a clay pot.

Add chopped garlic and leave it until it turns into a light brown color.

Now add salmon and salt, leave it until salmon is fried.

Make a little well in the middle of the salmon pieces and add curry powder and chili powder into the oil.

When the spices turn into a brown color mix it with salmon well.

Now add turmeric powder and mix well.

Add tomato, curry leaves, onion, and green chili to the curry and mix well.

Now add some pepper powder and mix well.

Cook it for around 3 minutes on low heat.

Now add some water or coconut milk to the curry and leave it until the water or coconut milk boiles well.

Turn off the cooker.
