Let’s Make Sausage Egg Heart.
- Coconut Oil
- Pepper powder
- Parsley leaves
- Cut the sausage into 2 pieces but don’t separate it. You have to leave around 1/4 of sausage uncut. So uncut part of the sausage will hold the remaining separated piece.
- Make the heart shape with your sausage and use a toothpick at the bottom to tie it. Heat oil in a pan.
- Crack open an egg put it into the centre of the heart shape sausage. Season with salt, pepper powder and parsley leaves as your taste.
- Tack, your heart shape sausage egg to a plate and decorate it in your style.
