Let’s Make Sausage Egg Heart.


  • Sausages
  • Eggs
  • Toothpick
  • Coconut Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • Parsley leaves


  1. Cut the sausage into 2 pieces but don’t separate it. You have to leave around 1/4 of sausage uncut. So uncut part of the sausage will hold the remaining separated piece.
  2. Make the heart shape with your sausage and use a toothpick at the bottom to tie it. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Crack open an egg put it into the centre of the heart shape sausage. Season with salt, pepper powder and parsley leaves as your taste.
  4. Tack, your heart shape sausage egg to a plate and decorate it in your style.
