But you can try this soya meat fried rice. You can make a dish of soya meat fried rice quickly and everyone will love the dish. You don’t want to make two dishes for you and the family. This soya meat fried rice is delicious yet it is simple. You will only need a few ingredients you already have in the kitchen to make this soya meat fried rice. So try this soya meat fried rice at home and you will never forget the taste.

Special notes

  • The soya meat fried rice will be more delicious
    if you refrigerate rice overnight before use.
  • When boiling soya meat, boil it in a lightly
    salted water.

Ingredients

 3 cups Rice
 50 g Soya meat (Boiled)
 ½ cup Carrot (Grated)
 Onion (Chopped)
 Ginger (Diced)
 Garlic (Diced)
 Parsley leaves (Minced)
 Curry leaves
 Pandan leaves
 3 Cardamom
 Cinnamon
 3 Cloves
 ½ tsp Cumin
 Salt
 Pepper powder
 Chili flakes
 1 tbsp Soya sauce
 ¼ cup Scallion
 Butter
 2 Oil

Directions

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the boiled soya meat to the pan to fry.

Add some salt and pepper powder to suit your taste.

Lightly fry the soya meat, take out from the pan and leave it aside.

Add coconut oil into the same saucepan.

Now add cardamom, cloves, cumin, and cinnamon.

Then add garlic and ginger and leave until it fries lightly.

Add onion, green chili, curry leaves, and pandan leave when garlic turning into light brown color.

Now add soya sauce and lightly fried soya meat, mix well.

Then add some chili flakes, pepper powder, and salt to suit your taste.

Add carrot and mix well.

Now add your overnight refrigerated rice and mix well.

Finally, add parsley and scallion, mix well and turn off the cooker.
