Add some salt and pepper powder to suit your taste.
Lightly fry the soya meat, take out from the pan and leave it aside.
Add coconut oil into the same saucepan.
Now add cardamom, cloves, cumin, and cinnamon.
Then add garlic and ginger and leave until it fries lightly.
Add onion, green chili, curry leaves, and pandan leave when garlic turning into light brown color.
Now add soya sauce and lightly fried soya meat, mix well.
Then add some chili flakes, pepper powder, and salt to suit your taste.
Add carrot and mix well.
Now add your overnight refrigerated rice and mix well.
