Heat oil in a frying pan and fry tofu slices until it becomes golden brown.
Turn off the cooker, drain oil from fried tofu and leave it aside.
Meanwhile, add water, salt, sugar, chili powder, soya sauce, and tomato sauce together into a small bowl and mix well to make the curry sauce.
Heat the oil again and add chopped garlic.
When garlic turns into a light golden brown color, add chopped onion.
When onion turns in to golden brown color, add the sauce mixture and stir until it boils.
Now add fried tofu slices.
After a few minutes add chopped green chili.
Finally, add sesame oil and mix well.
