Wine biscuit, wine drops, bean biscuit or coin biscuit is very famous among the Sri Lankan people, especially among the children. Some wine biscuits with a tea or a coffee will be a delicious snack. Because of the demand, these wine biscuits can be seen in almost every bakery in Sri Lanka. Most parents buy wine biscuits for the kids. So here is a simple recipe to make some delicious wine biscuits at your own kitchen. Make some of these wine biscuits today and serve ut at the tea time.

Ingredients

 150 g All-purpose four
 80 g Sugar
 2 qts Egg
 1 tbsp Butter
 ½ tsp Baking powder
 Vanilla

Directions

Add sugar and eggs to a bowl and beat using a beater until sugar melts.

Now add some vanilla to suit your taste, butter, and beat again.

Then add all-purpose flour and baking soda, beat again.

Put the batter into a piping bag.

Pipe the batter into a parchment paper layered baking tray.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170c' for 5 to 10 minutes.

Bake the biscuits for around 20 minutes.

Leave the baked biscuits aside to cool.

Take out the cooled biscuits from the baking tray.

Now your homemade wine biscuits are ready to be served.
